How do I pay?
You pay 60% before the job starts: in cash when the technician arrives, or by Whish or OMT beforehand. You pay the remaining 40% once the job is done.
What does the 14-day guarantee cover?
If a repair we did fails within 14 days, we send a technician to fix it at no extra charge.
Do I pay for materials?
Yes, at cost, with receipts. The technician tells you what's needed before buying anything.
